Every recruitment agency is sitting on two dead lists. Thousands of candidates who went quiet, and a few hundred client companies that placed a role once and were never called again.

The candidate list gets all the attention. The client list is where the money is. Those companies already trusted you enough to hire through you once, which makes re-approaching them a fundamentally warmer conversation than any new prospect you could cold-call this afternoon.

Most agency owners have never actually counted them. Three questions and you will have the number.

How much is your old client list worth?

Three questions. No signup, no email required to see your number.

Every client you've ever invoiced, not just this year.
Anyone who's given you a live vacancy in the last 6 months.
Perm fee, or what a typical temp booking earns you over its life.

How the estimate is calculated

The recovery figure assumes 2.5% of dormant accounts respond to a properly written re-engagement sequence, and 30% of those conversations turn into a live role. Both are deliberately conservative. Well-run campaigns into a warm client list beat them regularly, and we would rather the number on this page be one you can defend to a finance director than one that flatters us.

The “total historic value” figure is exactly what it says: what those accounts were worth when they were active. It is not a forecast. It is there to show the size of what has been left on the table.

What we would actually do

You export a CSV from your ATS. That is the whole integration. No API access, no credentials, no IT project.

  • We identify every company that placed a role and went quiet, ranked by likely value
  • We build and run a re-engagement sequence from your domain, written per segment
  • Positive replies land in your inbox and on your calendar, not in a report you have to action
  • Your dormant candidate list gets a lighter refresh, which cleans your data as a by-product
  • You get a written breakdown of what was sent, what came back, and what is worth repeating monthly

Thirty days, fixed fee, no contract. If all four parts are not delivered inside the month, you do not pay for it.

We do not guarantee placements, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Your consultants control half that outcome and we control the other half.
